Maintain Proper Water Levels

Ensure your pool water is kept at the proper level. Low water levels can damage your equipment and affect our ability to service your pool effectively.

Please note: Pool Lizards does not fill pools with water. Clients are responsible for maintaining water levels.

Keep Yard Debris Out of the Pool

Please make an effort to remove leaves, branches, grass clippings, and other debris from the pool before our scheduled service. Excessive yard debris, such as large amounts of grass or clippings, will require a one-time cleaning at a minimum charge of $199.
Ensure Pool Equipment is in Working Order

Regular maintenance and repair of pool equipment (pumps, filters, skimmers, etc.) are essential. Non-functional equipment may hinder proper cleaning and water health.
Clear Access to the Pool Area

Provide clear and safe access to your pool for our technicians. Remove any obstacles, such as locked gates or overgrown plants, that may delay service.
Service Time
Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service, but please note that we allocate a maximum of 45 minutes per cleaning visit. This ensures consistent and timely service for all our clients.

Repairs, maintenance, or replacement of pool equipment.

Damage to equipment, pool surfaces, or property that occurs during normal service due to pre-existing conditions or wear and tear.

Damage caused by external factors, such as severe weather, improper pool use, or neglect.
It is the client’s responsibility to address any equipment repairs or damages promptly to ensure consistent service.​​​
